Central Bank Consultation Paper - Review of the Consumer Protection Code
On Thursday, 11th April, Gerry Cross, Director Financial Regulation - Policy & Risk, Central Bank will provide our members with an update on the launch of the Consultation Paper on the Consumer Protection Code. Gerry will provide a high level overview of the key proposals in the consultation paper, the artefacts that we are consulting on as well as information on the consultation process and what will happen next which will be followed by a Q+A session.

Professional Certificate & Diploma in Compliance, is a level 7 qualification on the NFQ and is offered by Compliance Institute’s education partner, IOB, a recognised college of UCD. This programme is designed for those who work or aspire to work in a professional capacity within a compliance function in financial services. Both the professional certificate and diploma are designed to enhance skills, judgement and ability to deal with practical issues in the management and practice of compliance in the financial services industry.
The programme commences in Spring 2024 with the closing date being the 15 March 2024.
