Sinead Halhed-Moran Walsh

Alongside her roles providing legal and compliance advice in the world of fintech as a qualified Barrister, and as founder of Financial InnovateHER - a group dedicated to helping elevate women in fintech with Mentoring, Networking and Learning - Sinead runs her Executive well-Being Coaching business, Attainment Coaching.

Sinead has always had a passion for wellbeing, and advocates for balance in life, so that we are healthy and well for all that life has to offer. She believes that success is whatever that means to each individual. Her coaching and mentoring approach is to partner with the coachee, focusing on the strengths, resources and supports available, to work towards realistic and measurable goals, in an effort to enable the client to become their greatest self, but in a measured way, ensuring their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing is prioritised.

She is LCOI qualified and is a member (previous Secretary) of the Ethics Committee within the Compliance Institute. She has undertaken qualifications as a Personal, Leadership, Executive, Corporate Wellbeing and Team Coach since 2020.
