Sinead English – CEO of Hilt Consulting

Sinead works with organisations to deliver management training in the areas of recruitment and selection, employee engagement and career development.  She has a deep understanding of the pressures on organisations to make the right choice when selecting candidates and the steps they can take to create fair recruitment practices and processes. She is a frequent contributor in the national media giving advice on career and HR issues.  She is also a visiting lecturer at University of Limerick, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and IE University, Madrid advising MSc and MBA candidates on career growth strategies. Prior to establishing Hilt, Sinead was an as an investment banker at JPMorgan in London for 13 years.  She is the author of the best-selling book – CV and Interview 101 – How to Apply and Interview for Jobs

Paul Coady - Founder & CEO of ComplianceLnD

Paul has over 25 years of experience in financial services working in Dublin, London, and New York and leading teams across the UK, EMEA, North America, APAC, and Africa.  He has held senior industry roles that include Business Ethics, Policies & Training Manager for AIB Bank, Global Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for DBRS, Group Head of Compliance Policy & Learning for Barclays, and Global Head of Financial Crime Risk Education & Culture for Deutsche Bank. Paul holds an MSc. in Education & Training Management from Dublin City University (DCU) and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Licentiate of the Compliance Institute of Ireland (LCI), and a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI). He is also a member of the Compliance Institute’s Ethics Committee.

Jacquie Ryan, Program Manager, PAT Business School, member of Compliance Institute D&I Committee

Jacquie is the newly appointed Program Manager at PAT Business school. Holding a degree in Law and Masters in Journalism Jacquie took the long route to a compliance Career. Her most recent role saw her as a QA Analyst with TransferMate Global Payments. She has interests in all things compliance and has recently completed the Diploma and Bachelors in Fintech Risk and Compliance. Highly skilled and detail-oriented AML/KYC Analyst with a strong background in compliance, working in FinTech. A keen eye for identifying potential risks. Adept at conducting thorough due diligence, analyzing complex data, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Possesses a deep understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) principles, with a proven track record of successfully implementing compliance measures. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
