Moderator

Coleman Hudson, Head of Legal and Compliance, Aon and chair of Compliance Institute's Ethics Committee 

Coleman has been a Compliance professional for over 20 years and is currently the Head of Legal and Compliance, Ireland in Aon. Previously, Coleman worked in the Central Bank in the area of Consumer Protection code specialising in the Insurance sector. Coleman holds the LCI designation from Compliance Institute on completion of the Professional Diploma in Compliance. He has also completed the Professional Certificate in Data Protection, Operational Risk Management Certificate PRIMA, the Certified Insurance Director as well as studies in Culture, Financial Crime and Leadership. He is a former Director of the Compliance Institute , a Past President for the Insurance Institute of Dublin and is currently a member of the Brokers Ireland Legislation and Compliance Committee, and Chair of the Compliance Institute Ethics committee.

Audrey Nolan, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Sustainability Consultant 

Audrey has extensive corporate experience, with over 15 years operating at senior leadership level.  Her expertise is in the area of sustainability, reputation risk, communications and cultural transformation.  Sustainability has growing relevance for senior leaders as organisations place greater emphasis on the impact on society from an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) perspective.  Audrey was previously Head of Responsible and Sustainable Business with Bank of Ireland Group.

Today, working as an executive coach, facilitator and sustainability consultant, Audrey is passionate about supporting leaders to bring out the best in themselves and their teams, coalescing around a vision for a better future.  Her personal style is to listen attentively and be a thinking partner for her clients while also bringing supportive challenge to deepen their insight and personal growth. 

Brian O 'Kennedy, CEO, Clearstream Solutions

Guiding businesses towards a low-carbon more sustainable future, Clearstream Solutions is a leading independent ESG, corporate sustainability and climate consultancy which Brian founded in 2009. Clearstream has advised hundreds of local and international customers on their ESG strategies.  Brian has over 25 years of leadership experience in global supply chain management and has served as Chair of the CDP Ireland Network, the leading global carbon reporting programme, and is also a member of steering committee of the global responsible sourcing standard, Verego SRS.  He has a degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, a Certificate in Sustainable Management from BSI Group and is currently studying the Circular Economy at TU Delft.

Gráinne Madden, Principal and CSR Specialist, GMJ Associates  

Gráinne Madden founded GMJ Associates in 2003 to focus on responsible business practice and helping organisations build ethical cultures underpinned by a belief in the power of business to do good – creating value by having values. She consults with organisations and delivers training in the areas of building ethical cultures, good governance and ESG strategy. As well as her training and consulting work, Gráinne has lectured Masters level business students in Corporate Responsibility since 2004.

Gráinne holds an MBA, a diploma in Corporate Governance and a Professional Certificate in Whistleblowing Law, Policy and Practice.
