Overview

This webinar explores how behavioural science can enhance compliance programs by addressing the human factors that influence decision-making. Traditional compliance approaches often rely on policies and training, but behavioural insights show that factors such as cognitive biases, social norms, and workplace pressures can significantly affect how people act in practice.

The session will introduce the concept of Human Risk Management and discuss how organisations can use behavioural insights to design more effective compliance frameworks, reduce risk, and support better decision-making across the organisation.

By attending this webinar, participants will:

  • Understand the concept of Human Risk Management and its relevance to modern compliance programs.
  • Learn how behavioural science explains common compliance risks and decision-making biases.
  • Explore practical ways to apply behavioural insights to strengthen policies, training, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Identify strategies to create environments that encourage ethical and compliant behaviour.
