Compliance Institute - Annual Dinner 2023
Compliance Institute encourages you to join us on the 27th of September for our Annual Dinner, an evening to come together and celebrate with your friends, industry peers and leaders from the business and compliance community.
We are looking forward to a fun filled night of entertainment with food and drinks from 6:30pm to 1am at one of Ireland’s premier hotels, the Conrad Dublin.

The European Commission adopted the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) which are required to be used by all Companies subject to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) on 31st July.

Niall Gallagher Scholarship in Compliance
The Niall Gallagher Scholarship provides the 1st place winner with registration onto the Professional Certificate and Diploma in Compliance (PDC) programme, the benchmark qualification in Compliance, together with Compliance Institute membership for two membership years.
To enter the competition, submit an essay of up to 1,500 words on the following topic:
Identify and discuss the key attributes of a successful Compliance Professional [or Compliance function]
There are also prizes for 2nd and 3rd place and the essays will be published in the ICQ Magazine.

The Money Laundering Reporting Officers Forum (MLRO Forum) is currently looking for members. The MLRO Forum is open to practitioners i.e. individuals whose day to day responsibilities are in whole or in part the provision of advice, guidance and support to organisations subject to legal and regulatory obligations to detect and prevent financial and white collar crime including acting as a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). Professional Diploma in Sustainable Finance for Compliance Professionals is the first programme of its kind globally and is the result of an enterprise-driven collaboration commissioned by Sustainable Finance Skillnet in partnership with IFS Skillnet and the Compliance Institute.
The Diploma is delivered by the Compliance Institute's education partner, IOB, a recognised college of UCD. The Diploma forms part of the continuing effort to address the talent gap in sustainable finance and build Ireland’s capacity as a global leader in sustainable finance.
