The UK’s new Consumer Composite Investments (“CCI”) regime represents a major shift in the UK retail disclosure landscape, replacing the existing UCITS KIID and PRIIPS KID framework in the UK.
Our presenters will discuss the key obligations that will apply to these products sold to UK retail investors and new product governance obligations that will apply to EU manufacturers of such products.
