Now that regulated firms have aligned themselves to the Central Bank’s Guidance on Operational Resilience, attention naturally moves to the impending arrival of DORA in January 2025.

In this webinar, Carina Myles of Eisner Amper and Sam Glynn of Code in Motion give their perspectives on some of the challenges arising as firms align to the requirements of the DORA regulation.

Topics will include:

The differences between CBI’s Guidance on Operational Resilience and DORA.

The challenges that are already emerging, in particular in relation to IT risk management and IT third party oversight.

The risks arising from the arrival of technical standards later this year.

How the Individual Accountability Framework brings further challenges for the accountable individuals.
