The Prudential and Governance Working Group of the Compliance Institute seeks to promote and develop awareness and understanding of prudential and governance matters amongst the membership of the institute and other interested parties through technical excellence, focused high quality education and eminence building.
The Group’s aim is to assist members to understand the technical elements of prudential regulation and governance but more importantly, how those requirements can be practically implemented. As with all other areas of compliance, the Prudential area is constantly evolving to reflect a changing environment.
