Jennifer is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Savvi Recruitment Consultants, a specialist financial recruitment firm based in Dublin. Jennifer started her career as a Chartered Tax Advisor, advising High Net Worth individuals, and has spent the last 10 years in financial recruitment. Jennifer leads the Executive Search division of Savvi Recruitment and has considerable experience recruiting C-Suite level executives for a range of financial services firms, with a considerable focus on senior compliance and risk hires.

Majella Walsh, Head of Compliance for Ireland, Barclays
Majella is an accomplished compliance professional with over 20 years’ experience. She was located in London for most of her career to date, initially working with the UK regulator and thereafter in various senior compliance roles. Majella moved to Ireland in 2018 with the Brexit related build out of Barclays’ European entity and is currently Barclays Head of Compliance for Ireland. She has a depth of experience in dealing with regulatory change and the impact that has on organisations.

Susan Doris-Obando, Senior Associate, Matheson
Susan is a Senior Associate in the Employment, Pensions and Benefits Group of Matheson. She joined Matheson in January 2020, and since then has gained unique experience of the interplay between Irish employment law, constitutional law and the regulatory obligations and requirements which apply to RFSPs in Ireland, including from a fitness and probity perspective. Susan previously worked in London at leading international firms for over ten years, including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Prior to that she was an independent employment barrister in London for eight years, having been Called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn, London in 1998. She is a CEDR accredited mediator. Susan has a wealth of multi-jurisdictional experience in transactions (project managing many across multi-jurisdictions), general advisory and litigation. Susan is an active management committee member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI).
